Shipping

USPS Priority and UPS Ground are our standard shipping methods. If you select quicker shipping methods, please keep in mind the lead-time of the product you are ordering.

Returns of Standard Items

If you wish to return a standard item to Schatten's Hill, LLC, you must contact Schatten's Hill, LLC within five days of receiving the item and inform us of your desire to do so. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the request date. All postage fees are to be paid by the buyer.

Due to the increasing rate of missing mail and the fact if the return is not received by Schatten's Hill, LLC, credit will not be given, we highly recommend insuring the package and/or using delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Returns of Custom Items

Custom items such as beaded dog collars cannot be returned for full dollar refund. You may either return the item for an in store credit, or a dollar refund less a $30.00 re-stocking fee. Either way, you must contact Schatten's Hill, LLC within five days of receiving the item and inform us of your desire to do so. All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the request date. All postage fees are to be paid by the buyer.
